Get Fit in Just 25 Minutes a Day? YES!
I began FOCUS T25 (or simply “T25” for short) on June 2, 2014, also my first day as a Beachbody Coach! I ordered the T25 Challenge Pack which includes the T25 workout program plus one month of Shakeology. After being up and down with my weight over the nine months that followed my separation (and eventually gaining NINE pounds!), I was ready to try something new. I was determined to get my health and fitness back on track!
Sure, I had tried different gyms and classes, but I either got bored with the repetitiveness of doing the same thing over and over, or I had a million “excuses”… I have to pay a ridiculous monthly fee, I have to sign up for classes, I have to drive there, they are only open certain hours, the class times don’t work with my schedule, my workout clothes need to match, etc.
I decided that working out in the comfort and privacy of my own home, on my schedule, was going to be the key to my success! I chose to join Team Beachbody, and chose FOCUS T25 for my first at-home fitness program.

The ALPHA cycle is the first 5 weeks, which uses your own body weight to build your foundation. No equipment, no weights, just you! Plus there is beginner and advanced levels so everyone can do it.
When you complete ALPHA, you move onto the BETA cycle for the next 5 weeks. After spending the first 5 weeks building your foundation, now it’s time to step it up and focus on your CORE. These workouts feature new dynamic moves to burn fat and sculpt lean muscle with an emphasis on your core so your abs get shredded too!
T25 is led by master motivator Shaun T (yes, the same Shaun T that created the INSANITY workout program). I have to say, I LOVE SHAUN T!!!
He is simply the best trainer- he knows exactly how to push you just a little bit harder, dig deep, and make every second of the workout count!
FOCUS T25 will give you the same kind of results you’d expect from an hour-long program, in under 30 minutes a day! The name implies the intent: If you focus your intensity for 25 minutes, and you do it 5 days a week, you WILL get results.
